You can use Nibly everywhere, except in the territories of Russia and Belarus.
It’s easy! Both professionals and companies can register. Press the Sign-up button in the registration window, enter your or company name, and press Sign Up. The account will become active after you confirm the email. Then Nibly will ask you to fill out a profile. Advice for the specialists: add the specialization in tags to make it easier to find you, and request feedback as soon as you finish the work.
Go to your profile and choose the Settings section. Press Save when you finish editing. Done!
Go to the User Profile section, then in the Edit Information section, you will find the Delete Profile button.
For specialists, it is the opportunity to find job online, viewing proposals for the keyword, and for companies – to view the profiles of specialists with a particular specialization. Just write what you are looking for. Hopefully, this will be a perfect match from the first try!
In the lower right corner of the screen, there is a plus sign icon. Press it! Write the most important things in the answers to the form that will appear, and the specialist will ask about the details when responding to the offer. When you are done editing, press Post Offer. Now all specialists can see it in the app. You can view your active offers in the Offers section of your profile.
Choose an offer. Open it. Press Accept. Nibly will ask you about the desired compensation and time needed. Then, it will suggest asking the employer some questions. When you press Submit, the company will see your reply and conditions. If it is a match, they will contact you in a chat.
In the company profile, select Offers. The app will show you tabs with two types of offers: posted and in progress. Posted ones appear in the Nibly search, but do not yet have an approved performer. As soon as someone is interested, you will see a button with the number of reviews on the offer card. Press it to see all the specialists who have offered their services.
After the company approves the specialist for its offer, the chat opens automatically. The specialist receives a notification that the candidacy has been approved. Then both parties can use the chat. Press Chat in the bottom menu to see your active correspondence.
Firstly, take a deep breath and exhale. Secondly, go to the specialist or a company profile and press on the three dots in the upper right corner. Describe the problem that arose. Your complaint will not be public, and the app moderators will work on it.
